Is there an ATM at the Tabernacle?

Yes. There are two ATMs within the Tabernacle - one on the lower level by the men's restroom, one on the main floor across from the merchandise stand.

What are your box office hours?

The Tabernacle box office is open on show days only. The box office typically opens one hour prior to door time.

Can I buy tickets to upcoming shows at the Tabernacle box office?

Yes. Please purchase your tickets for upcoming or any Tabernacle show through our Box Office, Live Nation or Ticket Master as we are not responsible, can not authenticate, can not trace, and can not replace lost or stolen tickets for purchases outside of these 3 ticket points of purchase.

Can I buy tickets to shows at other venues at the Tabernacle box office?

No. Tickets are available only for shows at the Tabernacle. To purchase tickets for other venues, please visit Live Nation online at www.livenation.com, Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or call 404-249-6400.

If I leave the building during a show, can I return?

No. Once inside the building there is no exit and re-entry.

Where should I park at the Tabernacle?

Discounted parking in a nearby deck is available through an arrangement with LAZ Parking. Please purchase your parking voucher when you buy tickets online at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 404-249-6400, at any Ticketmaster outlet, or at the Tabernacle box office. Additional parking is available on numerous surface lots in the downtown area. The Tabernacle does not own or operate any of the parking lots, and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left on the lots.

Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?

Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the Tabernacle.

How can my band play at the Tabernacle?

How can I rent the Tabernacle for a private event?

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the Tabernacle, though some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.

How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?

Requests for media credentials should be handled through an artist's management company. The Tabernacle is not responsible for scheduling interviews or arranging for photo passes as we do not represent the band.

How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?

Artists typically will not be able to accommodate specific requests, out of fairness to all fans. Please do not contact the Tabernacle with this type of request.

I know the show is sold out, but I really, really want to come. What can I do?

All patrons must have a ticket to attend a show at the Tabernacle. Our capacity is set by the City of Atlanta based on local adaptation of NFPA, the local fire code, and local building code, and we cannot allow additional patrons to attend. Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?

No. We are unable to permit outside food or drink to be brought into the Tabernacle, including bottled water. Water fountains are available inside the building, and we have several full-service bars.

Can I smoke inside the Tabernacle?

This is a smoke free facility. There is a smoking section accessible through the lower level that is outside.

Is the Tabernacle handicap/ADA accessible?

Guests with special needs can call ahead to the assistant General Manager at 404-659-9022 ext. 4847 or the General Manager at ext. 4851 to make us aware of the show and date that assistance will be needed.

On the show day, please make our door or security staff aware of your needs and we will assist you in any way we can. At general admission shows we have a designated area for patrons with special needs and one companion. For reserved seated shows, guests with limited mobility should purchase tickets on the floor.

Our bathrooms and first floor are all ADA accessible so please make us aware of your needs when purchasing tickets and upon your arrival to the venue.

Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?

No - we cannot sell you someone else's tickets.

Where do I pickup my Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up from the Tabernacle box office, located at the corner of the building closest to Centennial Olympic Park on Luckie Street.

What methods of payment are accepted for purchasing tickets at the box office?

The Tabernacle box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

What do I need to bring to pickup my Will Call tickets?

Please be sure to bring a photo ID and your Ticketmaster confirmation with you to the box office. The name on the ID must match the name on your Ticketmaster order.

Can I purchase alcohol at the Tabernacle?

Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside the Tabernacle. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification.

What items are not allowed inside the Tabernacle?

The following items are prohibited for all shows: weapons, alcohol/drugs, lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, spiked jewelry/belts, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, sparklers, outside food or beverages, video equipment. Cameras and audio recording equipment are prohibited at most shows, at the performer's discretion.

Can I bring a bag with me to the Tabernacle?

Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the Tabernacle. A small purse is permitted. To ensure the safety of all our guests, all bags are subject to search upon entering.

Can I check my coat / bag at the Tabernacle?

The Tabernacle does not operate a coat or bag check.

I left my credit card/ID at the bar at a show, how can I retrieve it?

Where is the lost and found?

Items recovered from shows are collected in the Tabernacle office. If you notice you are missing an item during a show, please check with our door staff for assistance. To check on the status of a lost item after the night of a show, please contact the Assistant General Manager at 404-659-9022 ext. 4847.

How can I get a job at the Tabernacle?

The Tabernacle has both full and part time positions available from time to time and all positions available under our direct employ will be posted on www.monster.com. For bartending positions please visit Premier Events Management at www.pemi.net and apply online.
