Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the Tabernacle. Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags or laptop cases are prohibited regardless of size. All bags will be searched upon entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional searches.

The following items are prohibited for all shows at the Tabernacle:

• Aerosol cans
• Aluminum or metal water bottles (only plastic bottles are allowed)
• Bags that don't fit our bag policy (See “What is your bag policy?” in the FAQ.)
• Drones
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
• Glow sticks, poi, hoops, or bitwhips
• Go-Pros
• Hand fans
• Jewelry, clothing, or accessories that could inflict harm
• Laser pointers
• Masks that cover the entire face
• Outside Food or Drink Allowed
• Personal video cameras
• Professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• Selfie sticks
• Signs larger than 8.5"x11"
• Strollers
• Stuffed animals or toys of any kind
• Unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• Water bottles over 24 oz.
• Weapons, guns, knives, sharp objects, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.

This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

No, re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue. 

The Tabernacle box office opens one hour before doors (two hours before showtime) on show-days only.

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.

Yes, each patron requires a ticket.

No, all of our events are mobile entry! That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. 

Yes! Drinking fountains are available downstairs from the lobby, near the main restrooms. You are welcome to bring an empty, reusable water bottle. Please ensure bottles are made of plastic & no larger than 24 oz. Kindly note that outside beverages are not permitted.

The Tabernacle is cashless! All points of sale will only accept debit, credit, or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay).

Will Call tickets can be picked up from the Tabernacle box office, located at the corner of the building closest to Centennial Olympic Park on Luckie Street. Our box office opens one hour before doors (two hours before showtime) on show-days only. 

Please be sure to bring a photo ID, your confirmation number and card used to purchase tickets with you to the box office. The name on the ID must match the name on your ticket order.
